If you have always wanted to make a quilt, this is the class for you! Lori and Carolyn are experienced teachers who will guide you through the process of creating a quilt. Basic sewing knowledge is helpful but not required. You will learn about fabric selection, cutting, piecing, pressing, sewing tips, layering your quilt, quilting, and binding. This is a 4-week course. Class dates are: Monday evenings, 5:30 – 8:00 pm (July 29, August 5, August 12, August 19)

Sewing machine in good, working order
At least 2 bobbins for your machine
Machine needles, Microtex 80/12 or 70/10
Fabric scissors
Straight pins
Seam ripper
Coordinating machine thread (quilting 50wt)
