Are you interested in making a quilt? Then join our class with experienced teacher Carolyn, who will guide you through the process. While basic sewing knowledge is helpful, it's not required. You'll learn about fabric selection, cutting, piecing, pressing, sewing tips, layering your quilt, quilting, and binding. Topics include cutting with scissors and rotary cutters, stitch settings, and seam allowances, piecing, pressing, trimming, and preparing for quilting, layering your quilt, quilting options, quilting on your domestic machine, and trimming for final binding. You'll also explore different binding options.
